Audiology

We provide hearing aid fitting for children and adults of all ages. Our service is a clinic-based program for clients living in Central Texas.

Eligibility

Audiology services are available for individuals with a referral from MD or DO (children under 18 require referral from ENT). Audiogram or Auditory Brainstem Response from Audiologist is required prior to intake.

Audiologist in office:
Mon - Fri, 9AM- 5PM

Drop off hearing aids:
Tues -Thurs 9AM- 5PM, Fri 9AM-12PM.

Funding

Funding for services is available through Travis County, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay.

Early Childhood Intervention (ECI)

Our physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy services, family education, developmental services, case management services for individuals and families. We offer in-home services for 21 zip codes in and around Austin.

Eligibility

ECI services are available to infants and toddlers, aged birth to 36 months, who are experiencing developmental delays or have genetic or medical diagnoses that could impede their development.

Funding

Funding for services is available through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), Medicaid, private insurance, and Travis County.

Community Living Assistance & Support

We offer home and community-based services that provide a cost-effective alternative to intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual or related disabilities, which are conditions that affect daily life and originated before age 22. Our services are provided in the homes of clients and via telephone throughout a 19-county area.

Individuals must meet eligibility criteria established by HHSC.

Little Lonestar Academy

Our inclusive preschool for children 6 weeks to 6 years, offering personalized learning that fosters self-concept, independence, and self-control.

Curriculum & Learning Focus

We provide individualized, engaging activities with an emphasis on language development, socialization, and kindergarten preparation. Monthly themes cover social play, math, science, reading, music, and free play.

ABA Therapy

At our Carrollton location, we integrate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy into preschool activities, supporting children with Autism alongside neuro-typical peers in a natural learning environment.

Eligibility, Locations & Funding

Little Lonestar Academy serves children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, including those with Autism. Locations are in Lakeway and Carrollton. Funding for services is available through private insurance, private pay, Travis County, and City of Austin funding.
