Employment Services
We offer employment training, job placement, coaching, and support to help clients secure and maintain community employment. TTW referrals are accepted from most of Texas and all of Oklahoma and Mississippi. Our services are offered in office, virtual, and community-based settings throughout Tarrant County and parts of the greater DFW metroplex.
Greenleaf
A public charter high school for students 18 and older, providing specialized education and workforce training for autistic and neurodivergent individuals. Our services are provided in school and community-based settings for clients living in and around Austin, with some virtual program offerings.
Community Living Assistance & Support Services
We offer home and community-based services that provide a cost-effective alternative to intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual or related disabilities, which are conditions that affect daily life and originated before age 22. Our services are provided in the homes of clients and via telephone throughout a 19-county area.
SAFE Alliance
We offer Enhanced Access, Safety & Empowerment (Ease) through our partnership with the SAFE Alliance, focusing on increasing access to victim services, healing services, and the criminal justice system for underserved populations, survivors with disabilities and DDBDLDHH survivors.

Project SEARCH Celebrates Graduates
The Project SEARCH program housed at Baylor Scott & White just celebrated eight new graduates who are now prepared and ready to take on employment with real vocational skills. Project SEARCH is an internship program for high school students with disabilities where students work through a nine-month internship to learn and gain skills that prepare them for employment after they graduate from high school.
